A Beef Biz is Born.

It all started with 4 black Angus heifers.

A few additions later, we could feed the family. It didn’t take us long and it didn’t take us very many “this beef is amazing!”s to realize we’d like to feed others the same way.

"Amazing” means caring about our impact on health and community. It means doing things right, and doing them right means doing them responsibly.

We don’t believe that to sell, you need to sell out. We believe in good relationships, good intentions, and good quality food. We believe in better beef.
